Judy Poel passed away suddenly last night after a short and painful struggle with liver and colon cancer. Herman called us a little while ago to let us know. He is understandably devastated. They were a very close couple. All of our friends and relatives who spent any time with us at the cottage also got to know Judy and Herman and came to care about them, too. Judy, we will miss you very much.
